Short Character Bio: Viktor was born in a small village in The Ukraine. He lived a pesants life, until the cold war started to concern his family. By the time he was 20, he had traveled to Russia. He traveled across the land, searching for work. When he was 23 he enlisted in the Red Army. He retired when he was 28. Recently he had setteled in Frozen valley.

Why should you be given this job?: I have quite a bit of RP experience under my belt across several games and several servers. I have a bit of previous law enforcement experience, but that was on a HL2 RP server, though the principal is not that different.

You are getting some lunch at the local diner and you hear something on your com channel. The bank is being robbed and there are 2 KNOWN armed suspects. You jump out of your seat and out the door to the bank. When you arrive you see that there are you other cops on the scene and one is badly wounded and bleeding on the bank steps. Explain how you would handle this situation: I would start by calling for medical assistance for the downed officer. From there I would request a sharpshooter to keep watch on the suspects. Then I would see if there are any hostages being held. From there I would order the officers to smoke the room, lead a squad in, and take the suspects out with force.
