Short Character bio: James Vincetti was born in Venice, Italy where his parents died, around when he was 11, in a boat accident. James was then put up in an orphanage. This orphanage was a mean and nasty orphanage. The nannys of the orphanage would beat the children when they did the littlest thing wrong. When James was 15, he got beat with a paddle for stealing an extra cookie when they're only supposed to eat 5. He was furious and jumped out of his window, just a few inches from where the point that he would break his leg. He then hitch-hiked around Europe, where he finds himself, at age 22 in Russia, today.

Why should you be given this job?: Because I was in the Fire Department in Burbank and it was fun.

If the bank was on fire and you arrived on the scene AND there was another Fireman on call (In the server), as an extra problem, you hear screams of help coming from inside the bank, explain how you would handle the situation: Well, it depends on of the other fireman was a higher rank than you. If he was, then I would accept his orders and perform them out. If I was a higher rank, than I would proceed with a firehose into the bank, while having the other fireman next to me trying to get the people out. I would try to avoid hitting the people and focus on the flames. If the people were in the back, I would kick the door down and proceed in with a firehose, shouting for any people. If I saved anyone, than I would have the other fireman escort them out.

Well I'm not sure if I can accept, but since I'm the Fire chief this application is good for me.
