What has the player done to deserve a ban: Failure to RP. DM'd. Jailed without reason, and Metagamed like shit.

Why you think the player should be banned: Obviously he is new to RP, but I think he needs more time to adjust to TS before he joins Mobius again and ruins somebody's RP.

I also guess my ban was because of a 2 kill score when me and Red were in a bar fight. (it ups the score rate by +1, you need to check that. And look at the Scores List before misinformed [if thats the case]) W/e i can deal with one hour. But Sean's was beyond that... I said something in OOC to "disturb him" and when i mask myself with no one around, he shoots me and kills me because of what is said OOC. -Metagame. He did say not to come in the Gov. Office, but i was clearly outside the building when i was shot. He cuffed me and took my guns without asking for a license or with a logical reason otherwise. He may have informed tikal that our RP was senseless yet it was not. Lepri Rp'ed with me but in fear of insulting an Admin, Sean tried to be nice to the admin he jailed, but unfairly punished the rest, even though our RP was the same. This cannot go on like this. We need trained cops. And trained RP'ers appearently.

Im deeply sorry Tom, but really its a game..I have no idea why I am on the ban list for you failing to RP, and insulting me. Calling me a fag, and some names yet I don't recall. But I did ask you to leave me alone. So, I don't understand why you kept on going at it when I had asked. Yes I may be banned for this because apparently I was dming...But you know I was pissed...You know that you should've stopped...Did you no..So I say this thread is shit. Yes I think we got off on the wrong foot. I think we could resolve this without any violent acts being taken. I have seen you RP..It is pretty well, but today you have proven me wrong...Im sorry for any dissapointment that has been taken by anyone by me. I do not wish for myself to be banned, I only want the best of this server. I think it is a very good server. Yes I know Don may be upset with me...But I will fix my behavior...

Sean - If someone bothers you, just walk away.. ignore them etc. (He couldn't rob because not enough people were on, so you could of just sat inside the PD, because obviously they wernt RPing) dont DM, no matter if people are trying to DM you

Tom - I've seen you RP, its good.. just dont understand why you were being a tool in the server? Just RP, if people are not going to RP with you then leave them alone, can't force people to RP..
